Fluffy Banana-Free Acai Bowl
Are bananas over rated? Not in my opinion but it seems as if many people are cutting bananas out of their diet. I am all for eating foods that are right for your body and if bananas are not good for you, then this recipe is perfect for you. It’s also just so flippin’ fluffy I can’t get over it. This recipe is not just for people who don’t eat bananas. It’s also for people like me who don’t have any more frozen bananas :) This recipe is so easy to follow and all the ingredients are in stores year round! It’s da bomb.com, just make it! Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 pack frozen acai
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/4 cup almond milk
1 scoop Ora Organics probiotic powder
Directions:
In a high speed blender, add all the ingredients
Blend, starting on low and slowly raise the speed to high. Blend until everything is blended completely
When it is done, it should be super fluffy and smooth. And delicious!
Empty the smoothie out into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings! My suggestions below!
