My Journey
My lifelong journey with food sensitivities has equipped me with a deep understanding of the challenges of aligning your cravings with your health goals and your gut. Since 2015, I have embraced a plant-based lifestyle while also navigating gluten intolerance.
I cater to clients who follow diverse dietary restrictions and preferences, including those who indulge in meat-based dishes. As a certified Integrative Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I am well-versed in the many approaches there are to reaching your specific health goal and I am dedicated to helping you on your journey toward peak health and wellness.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Integrative Health and Nutrition from Arizona State University where I had the opportunity to work with hundreds of clients as a personal trainer and exercise my health coaching muscles daily. I am passionate about constantly expanding my knowledge in the field. My daily interactions as a health coach and personal trainer allow me to make a positive impact on people's lives. My true passion lies in healthy cooking and creative recipe development, which I am eager to share with you.

Personally, I don’t see there to be enough reasons to eat meat and dairy from a nutrition or ecological standpoint. If I can not only survive but thrive on a vegan diet while also saving thousands of gallons of water, fighting deforestation, and not contributing to the slaughtering of animals, then I am all for it!

Since my freshman year in high school in 2015. I watched one video about the inside of a slaughterhouse and that did it for me!

I was drawn to Arizona State University’s unique holistic health programs and their innovation within the field. I also fell in love with the area and all the health and wellness booming in the state.

I did not! I am a self-taught chef, developing recipes and experimenting in the kitchen since 2016. I have specialized in ingredient replacement for food allergies and restrictions. I am constantly learning on the job and find that is the way I learn best!
