Oil-Free Black Bean Dip
This dip is so smooth and creamy, no one would even know it was vegan AND oil-free. Super simple ingredients and easy to prepare for parties and gatherings. Makes for a great dip with veggies, in tacos, or you can spread it on toast! You can make it with any flavors you wish to change it up!
Ingredients:
- 1 can black beans
- 1/4 cup warm water
- juice from one lime
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1-2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
Directions:
- Rinse and drain one can of black beans (if yo wash them in hot water it will warm them up and help with the blending process)
- Blend in a food processor with the water until thick and smooth
- Add in the time juice, spices, and cilantro
- Blend for an additional minute or so
- Serve fresh or store in your fridge for up to a week
