Pumpkin Spice Granola
Granola is the perfect breakfast or snack because it's so easy to grab & go when you are in a hurry! I love changing up my Oil-Free Granola Recipe to taste like other seasonal flavors such as this one! I mean who doesn't like the warm flavors of cinnamon around this time of year?! I sure do! This recipe is very straight forward & you probably already have these ingredients in your pantry if you are an avid holiday baker like me :) It is oil-free, gluten-free (if you use certified GF oats), & refined sugar-free! Recipe video at the end of this post!
Ingredients:
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbs molasses
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350
- In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients except the raisins
- Fold together until all of the oats are evenly coated with pumpkin-y goodness
- Pour the granola mixture onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, then remove from the oven & move the granola around
- Return to the oven for 10-15 more minutes
- The granola should be golden brown
- Let sit for 15 minutes so the clumps can form
- Enjoy right away & store in a jar to enjoy later!
