Probiotic Blueberry Bowl
I have pretty much come to the conclusion that I don’t like bananas in my smoothie bowls anymore. Love fresh banana on top, but not so much inside. Soooo I have been developing a bunch of new banana-free bowls and let me tell you, they are the bomb.com. So fluffy and creamy! You would never know that the banana is missing! Plus this recipe has the added probiotics in which is another win for the gut :) Watch how it’s done at the bottom of this post!
Ingredients:
2 cups frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mango
1 scoop Ora Organic Probiotic Powder
1/2 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup non-dairy milk
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender
Blend starting on low bringing the speed up to medium-high while pushing fruit down the sides with the tamper
The smoothie bowl should be be thick with no chunks of fruit left inside
Pour out of blender with a spatula into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings! My personal favs are below
