Blueberry Protein Smoothie

I feel like I have mastered the smoothie bowls but drinkable smoothies have been harder for me to nail. But fear not! I think I have done it!! I have had this smoothie almost every day this week and I have been feeling super energized! It is banana free and made with only a handful of superfoods! Let me know if you try this smoothie and tell us how it is!!

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender

  2. Start on a lower setting and then slowly increase the speed to make sure everything is blending properly

  3. Add more liquid if you feel like it isn’t thin enough for you

  4. Enjoy just like that or see my topping suggestions below!

Topping suggestions:

Not necessary but make drinking this smoothie that much more fun! I really like:

  • hemp seeds

  • ground flax

  • chia

  • cacao nibs

  • crushed pecans (small enough to fit through your reusable straw!!)
