Blueberry Protein Smoothie
I feel like I have mastered the smoothie bowls but drinkable smoothies have been harder for me to nail. But fear not! I think I have done it!! I have had this smoothie almost every day this week and I have been feeling super energized! It is banana free and made with only a handful of superfoods! Let me know if you try this smoothie and tell us how it is!!
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh spinach
1.5 cup nondairy milk of choice (I like Oat)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen mango
2 tbsp nut butter
1 scoop vegan protein powder (I like Sunwarrior or Ora Organic)
1 scoop Ora Probiotic powder and/or Vegan Collagen powder (optional)
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender
Start on a lower setting and then slowly increase the speed to make sure everything is blending properly
Add more liquid if you feel like it isn’t thin enough for you

hemp seeds
ground flax
chia
cacao nibs
crushed pecans (small enough to fit through your reusable straw!!)
