Roasted Brussel Sprouts
My favorite way to prepare these delicious veggies are by roasting. You can easily make these with any type of seasoning and make them oil-free!
Ingredients:
- 20 brussel sprouts (one bag)
- 1-2 tbs oil (melted coconut oil, olive, etc)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprica
- 1 tsp cumin
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350
- Wash and trim sprouts
- Cut each sprout in half or until they are around the same size
- place on a baking sheet and all spices (if admitting the oil use parchment)
- Bake if 45-50 minutes and flip at the 30 minute mark
- Remove from oven and allow to cool
- Enjoy!
