Roasted Brussel Sprouts

My favorite way to prepare these delicious veggies are by roasting. You can easily make these with any type of seasoning and make them oil-free!

Ingredients:

  • 20 brussel sprouts (one bag)
  • 1-2 tbs oil (melted coconut oil, olive, etc)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprica 
  • 1 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Wash and trim sprouts
  3. Cut each sprout in half or until they are around the same size
  4. place on a baking sheet and all spices (if admitting the oil use parchment)
  5. Bake if 45-50 minutes and flip at the 30 minute mark
  6. Remove from oven and allow to cool
  7. Enjoy!
