KitchenAid Stand Mixer Review

My new Favorite tool!

So I got a KitchenAid stand mixer for my birthday which is probably the greatest thing ever! I have only had it for a couple weeks but I have used it multiple times. It has certainly taken me a couple tries to get used to it but I really enjoy using it. I did get the Professional 600 in Imperial Black. There are positives and negatives to the color. Everything shows on the mate black which is good for keeping it very clean but you can seriously see every speck of powdered sugar and flour, and if your a messy baker/cook like me, that can pose as a problem. To clean mine I just wet a paper towel and wipe it clean. Another thing that will take time to get used to is the bowl lift. With the Artisan and the ClassicPlus mixers, the top flips back and whatever you're mixing with starts the fall off your attachment. But with the bowl lift you must do all the scraping of the paddle or whisk. That can get a bit messy. But other than those two things I absolutely love it and would recommend it to anyone who loves to bake, especially large quantities since the bowl is six quarts. I would defiantly say that the mixer was worth its price because of how well its made. I know it will last a long time without anything breaking. I love that the attachments that it comes with (paddle, whisk, and dough hook) are metal and so is the bowl. So overall I love this mixer which I have named KAM (KitchenAid Mixer), and I'm looking forward to making amazing things with it. Bye-bye hand mixer!

Veganism doesn't have to be hard, unappetizing, or unhealthy. I here to show people how to make delicious healthy recipes free of many allergens like gluten but with an extra healthy twist. Many of the recipes are completley grain-free, refined sugar-free, oil-free, and made with ingredients that are of course plant based and as close to the whole plant form as possible. There less processed it is, the better. I also write blog posts on living a vegan lifestyle. Veganism isn't just about not eat animals and their byproducts, but also not buying leather or buying cosmetic products from companies who test on animals. I am here to help people on their journey to a life free of cruelty but full of positivity and happiness. I share my vegan story, cruelty free skin care routine, makeup routines, eco-friendly household products, ethical fashion, yoga and meditation, zero waste essentials, how to throw a vegan party, pantry essentials, and so many more!
