My Fitness Journey & Training Philosophy

Since 2015, I've been on my own fitness journey, working towards my goals of longevity, muscle tone, strength, and overall health. My approach to fitness is personalized, aligning workouts with these objectives.

In 2021, I took a significant step in my fitness journey by becoming a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and it has changed my life. I understand that fitness is unique to each individual, and there's an abundance of misinformation out there. I can help you find the workout style that helps you reach your particular goals.

I've had the privilege of training hundreds of people of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes, spanning ages 17 to 65, each with their distinct goals. My strength lies in meeting clients at their comfort level and motivating them to reach their aspirations, no matter where they currently stand in their fitness journey.
