Vegan Protein Frosty
The heat has HIT in Arizona and nothing sounds better than a frosty. Of course, we have to add a protein boost for the gains.
Ingredients:
2 frozen bananas
1 cup non-dairy milk
2 tbsp nut butter of choice (or PB2 powder)
2 tbsp raw cashews - for creaminess!!
1 serving Earth Chimp Chocolate Protein (or other protein of choice)
1 cup ice
handful of mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions:
In a high-speed blender, add all of your ingredients except for the mini chocolate chips
Blend on high until THICC and creamy
Add to a cup or jar and stir in your chocolate chips
Make sure you grab thick straw or eat with a spoon :)
