Tropical Acai Bowl
Acai bowls are such a fun food to make and you can totally add whatever flavors you wish! I have been absolutely loving the tropical flavors lately. Reminding me of summer. So this is not just any acai bowl, this is a tropical bowl! This is just a guide so you can add in whatever flavors you love. I have added in a probiotic powder to this one, but you can add in some vegan protein, greens powder, spirulina..basically anything!
Ingredients:
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 acai pack (I get mine from Trader Joe's)
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 3 frozen strawberries
- 1/4 cup soaked cashews (soaked for at least 4 hours)
- 1/4 oats
- 1 scoop of ORA Organic Probiotic + Prebiotic Powder (optional, but great for your gut!)
Toppings:
- Sliced banana
- Hemp seeds
- Cacao nibs
- Buckinis
- Goji Berries
- Shredded Coconut
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender
- Blend until thick and creamy. Depending on the blender, you may need to add some liquid to allow it to blend. Just know that doing so will not make it as thick
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings! Mine are listed in the Ingredients
